Our flexible MEP package is ideal for operating theatre suites, including those built using modular construction. 

Working with main contractors and hospital clinical teams and estates departments, we have the skills and experience to carry out full mechanical, electrical and plumbing (MEP) solutions as part of wider new build or refurbishment projects.

Scope of MEP work may include all M&E services and full fit-out, including ECO-flow ultraclean ventilation (UCV) canopies, operating theatre lights, PACS, theatre panels and IPS/UPS.

The MEP package can also be used in other patient care areas. In a recent neonatal unit project encompassing cot rooms, ITU/HDU, parent rooms and staff areas, we designed and installed full mechanical and electrical services and plumbing and domestic water throughout, including the fire safety system, as well as the nurse call system and alarms.
