MAT FM provides full service, verification, validation and support packages for all critical ventilation systems, whether provided by MAT or any other major supplier. Our planned preventative maintenance packages are designed to give you the ultimate peace of mind.
All work is undertaken by our own engineers, who receive regular training to ensure they are up to date with the latest technology and regulatory requirements relating to critical ventilation and the maintenance of critically ventilated areas. Nationwide Coverage
At MAT FM, we know how important it is that when you make a service call, an engineer is with you as quickly as possible. This is why our service team covers the whole of the UK, guaranteeing a fast response.
All MAT FM vans carry a stock of basic spares so we can complete repairs on the spot where possible, keeping downtime to an absolute minimum. Our engineers use the highest quality instruments to take measurements, all regularly calibrated and certificated.
We have warehouses throughout the UK and Scotland, so can collect additional parts quickly if they are needed. We carry the HEPA filters and pre-filters used by all major critical ventilation systems. As an added service to contract customers, we will also hold dedicated consignment stock of specific parts and components for call off.
MAT FM Service Engineers
As well as being highly skilled and experienced in the specialist area of critical ventilation, all our engineers have CSCS cards and are registered members of the RESET and WHO ARE YOU schemes. They have also gone through the enhanced DBS checks for adult and child hospital locations.
As part of our commitment to delivering outstanding customer care, clients receive an image and brief CV of the engineer attending their service call.
