We are always happy to carry out reactive work, supporting you in the event of an emergency or other unforeseen event. However, our planned preventative maintenance (PPM) contracts are extremely popular, offering the ultimate peace of mind by ensuring your assets are always maintained correctly for reduced lifecycle costs.
We offer a range of comprehensive 1-5 year contracts, tailored to suit your specific needs. A PPM contract means that any potential issues are identified and rectified before they escalate, reducing the risk of costly downtime or catastrophic equipment damage.
All our smartly branded vans carry a stock of basic spares. This means we can complete repairs on the spot where possible, keeping downtime to an absolute minimum. Our engineers use the highest quality instruments to take measurements, all regularly calibrated and certificated.
We have stock locations throughout the UK and Scotland, so can collect additional parts quickly if they are needed. We carry the HEPA filters and pre-filters used by all major UCV models. As an added service to contract customers, we will also hold dedicated consignment stock of specific parts and components for call off.
As well as being highly skilled and experienced in the specialist area of critical ventilation, all our engineers have CSCS cards and are registered members of the RESET and WHO ARE YOU schemes. They have also gone through the enhanced DBS checks for adult and child hospital locations.
