Service Engineers
MAT FM is committed to keeping your healthcare or life sciences facility up and running compliantly and efficiently. Headed up at the office by Lee, Pam and Andy and supported by the warehouse team, the MAT FM service department will take your call and make sure the right engineer for the job is fully briefed and equipped before heading to your facility.
A New Initiative
Hospitals choose MAT FM because we provide an outstanding service, combining cost efficiency with experience and engineering expertise. All our engineers complete comprehensive training in key areas, and their skills are regularly updated in line with new regulations.
“We also pride ourselves on putting a personal face to the service we provide – in our latest initiative, all clients will receive an image and brief CV of the engineer attending their service call.”
Pam Brierley: Service Manager, MAT FM
The Service You Need
Regular verification and testing of ventilation systems is essential in order to identify potential faults, as substandard systems, or problems with air filtration, could result in a high level of potentially-harmful microbiological organisms being present during medical procedures or drug research and manufacture.
Bringing in MAT FM to carry out your servicing and validation means you can be confident that your clean air facility is compliant and functioning correctly.
A Team You Can Trust
Headed up at the office by Lee, Pam and Andy, supported by the warehouse team, the MAT FM service department will take your call and make sure the right engineer for the job is fully briefed and equipped before heading to your facility.
Our specialist service engineers are located throughout Britain, all equipped with fully stocked vehicles and ready to respond to your service calls quickly and efficiently. Work can be scheduled for weekdays, nights or weekends for minimum disruption.
All MAT engineers have CSCS cards, are registered members of the RESET and WHO ARE YOU
schemes, and have gone through the enhanced DBS checks for adult and child hospital locations.
